A 30-day return window, with no restocking fee.
Ordinary returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
Request authorization first
Email support@luxorac.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide authorization and the correct return address. Do not send items to our company address unless it has been expressly authorized for your return.
Return shipping responsibility
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged or defective, Luxorac covers return shipping. Contact us with a description and photos so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Necessary unpacking or a reasonable try-on to identify a problem does not disqualify a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. The ordinary unworn and original-packaging requirements are not used to deny these claims.
Refund timing
After a returned item is inspected and the refund is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Actual posting time depends on the payment provider or bank. No restocking fee is deducted.
