How do I choose a size?
These are adult unisex, regular-fit T-shirts. Compare the flat garment chest width and length in the product size guide with a T-shirt you already own. Chest width is measured across the garment, not around the body.
What are the shirts made from?
The collection specification is 100% cotton, 180 g/m² knit fabric with DTG printed artwork. Check each product page for its exact color and design.
How should I wash my T-shirt?
Turn it inside out and wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Do not bleach. Hang to dry and do not iron directly over the print.
Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How much is delivery?
Standard shipping is $0 per order. It is the only shipping option.
When should my shipment arrive?
Allow an estimated 1–2 business days for processing, followed by 4–6 business days in transit: an estimated total of 5–8 business days from the eligible processing day. The cutoff is 7:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, fixed UTC−06:00. Later orders, weekend orders and U.S. federal holiday orders begin processing on the next business day. Times are estimates.
Can I return a T-shirt?
Request authorization within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is your responsibility; there is no restocking fee.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Email support with the order number, description and photos. Luxorac covers return shipping for damage, defects or incorrect items and can arrange a refund or replacement. Necessary unpacking or reasonable try-on does not disqualify these claims.
How long does a refund take?
After inspection and approval, the refund is initiated to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider determines when it posts.
